this is so stunning, might have to try this technique out myself 😊😊
Go for it! It really helps to loosen up and to find new marks
Lovely explorations! Thank you for the inspiration. 🌻
Glad it’s inspired you, Christie!
Thank you dear Jeannine . I believe I will try using water colors and pencils a to experiment as well ! Have a wonderful week . Cheers !
Wonderful! Do give it a go!
If you drop some distilled water into the Potters Pink tube, close it up and then store the tube upside down, you might be able to recover a more usable form of the paint. I’ve done that with my Potters Pink with some success in the past. It takes a few days. Also, you can use a toothpick to help force the water down into the body of the paint. Thanks for your helpful videos.
Thanks for the tip, Olwyn! I’m going to try that.
I love ur channel
To me ur videos give off nostalgia vibes for some reason
Thank you Jazmin!
yay watercolor! ❤
Haha, every now and then 😉
Lovely video - re the potters pink / dried watercolours (you can cut the tube, mix the hard watercolour with gum arabic to reconstitute it to paint) messy but comes in handy with expensive paints x
Thanks for the tip! Will give it a try!
Thanks for this Jeannine, I feel like I’ve hit a bit of a dry spell with my watercolour practice. This was lovely to watch and has inspired me to give it another go with a fresh perspective.
Happy to hear it's inspired you! Sometimes we just need to try something a little different to get us out of a rut.
